About Athenao

Athenao is a private business command centre used to manage long-term projects, tasks, operating knowledge and Endless Aegean client enquiries.

Information we process

• Your Google Workspace name, email address and profile image, solely to authenticate you and control access.
• Traveller enquiry details entered by authorised users, including contact, trip, budget, proposal and follow-up information.
• Business plans, strategic tasks, project notes, procedures and Daily Brief information.
• Essential security and operational information needed to keep the service reliable.

How information is used

Information is used only to operate Athenao, authenticate authorised users, manage business planning and travel enquiries, and protect the service. Athenao does not sell personal information or use it for advertising.

Storage and sharing

Data is stored in the organisation's secured hosting and database services. It is shared only with service providers needed to host, secure and authenticate Athenao, or when required by law.

Retention and requests

Records are retained for as long as they are needed for the organisation's client-enquiry operations and are removed when no longer required. For access, correction or deletion requests, contact the organisation at christos@endlessaegean.com.

Security

Athenao uses restricted Google Workspace sign-in, encrypted HTTPS connections, server-side sessions and database access controls. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
