Authorised use
Athenao is a private business tool for authorised use across Endless Aegean, Anema Hotel, Greek Connoisseur and Anema Journeys. You may use it only for legitimate business planning, knowledge management and client-enquiry work.
Account security
Keep your Google Workspace account secure, do not share access, and sign out on shared devices. Notify your administrator promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.
Client information
Enter only information needed for authorised business and travel-enquiry work. You are responsible for ensuring records are accurate, appropriate and handled in line with applicable organisational requirements.
Availability and changes
The service may be updated, maintained or temporarily unavailable. Access may be suspended or removed when necessary to protect Athenao or the information it contains.
